1.) What are your payment methods?
We accept Paypal.com who accepts major credit cards and bank tranfers. USD Money only. Paypal.com is free to sign up for and only takes a few minutes!
2.) What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of the products sold here we can't accept returns. Please, purchase our sample set first to make sure you will be satisfied. Shipping and handling/ charges are non-refundable.
Canceled orders: Orders that are cancelled can only be used as in store credit only. There is also a 20% restocking fee based on your order total.
3) How do you ship your products?
We ship our products using USPS priority postal mail and UPS.
We assume no responsibility or liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. If a product should happen to be damaged upon arrival, please let us know so, we can take action to solve the situation. If items are lost in the mail, we can not take responsibilty for lost items. Please, contact your post office to see if they can help you track the lost package.
We ship anywhere!
Delivery can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending upon where we are shipping, the size of order, holidays, weather, back orders, etc.
International Orders must place your order through our email: info@ciaobellabody.com
Please email us your order, your shipping/billing contact info and your Paypal ID. We will then process your order and send you a Paypal Invoice to pay for your purchases! Once payment is received we will ship your order immediately.
4.) Is there sales tax on your items?
8.25% sales tax is applicable only to California
Residents only. The shopping cart will calculate this for you.
5.) What are your standard shipping rates?
$5.95 flat rate shipping on all orders (Not valid on International Orders)
6.) Do you sell your products wholesale?
Yes, Ciao Bella is proud to offer our natural body & skincare products to retailers. Please email us at info@ciaobellabody.com to request a wholesale price list. We do require a copy of your Seller's Permit for our records before placing your first order. We also offer drop shipping for on-line retailers. |
